Hi there , I watched this video yesterday and I uploaded in my blog because is about privacy in workplace and discus about two cases one of them is 4 employees busted for using company cellphone for personal texts !

Its common that people use office accessories for their personal use but loosing the job for same deed looks odd.Although its mentioned in companies rules and regulations sometime but people are usually given warning rather than fired out.
